St. John, a lifelong Indianapolis resident and a 1981 graduate of Purdue University at Indianapolis, founded the company in 1998 to provide Premium Engineering Services for complex building projects.

This experience includes Project Management, Project Planning, Project Design, and Construction Administration Services.
